Speaking from me experience, everything from scheduling the appointment was a pleasant experience. Clean environment, customer service/communication was efficient and polite. I got a call asking if there would be any way my appointment could be moved just an hour later, and since I was off that day for work I said no problem. After my inspection, the associate apologized. I said no problem. Great experience from start to finish, and I have already recommended NTB to others. Well done.
