Having worked at the Restaurant Support Center this summer, I really expected nothing less. Biscuitville continues and strives to be an amazing company and chain that provides people with great service and sensational food. James Cline is the operator at the brand new Western Boulevard campus here in Raleigh. With everything going on and the grand opening being only a week before I needed help with a catering order, he was more than happy to help me get everything together and help our event come together the way it should. Our event was Parent's Weekend for my sorority which is a huge part of my life here in Raleigh and I was so thankful that I could share my Sunday brunch with my family but also with my Biscuitville family as well. Biscuitville continues to hire and have people that make the experience all the more better. So many people along the way are always willing to reach out and provide a helping hand with anything I need and that is truly something I have not seen in awhile. I am so grateful to have been able to help get Biscuitville's catering out for all to see within greek life here at NC State University.

The service was speedy, friendly, and accurate. The location is close to campus so i will be coming here more often. Also the food is delicious.

When I reached the order box, he staff member asked whether I wanted to try the spicy/honey biscuit and I hadn't thought of that, so I actually ordered it! The car line moved quickly and the staff member at the window was polite and professional.

This BV is beautifully managed and the employees there are well trained and accommodating to the customers. Food also tastes great as a bonus!

The man who helped me decide was patient while I looked at the menu and made recommendations. The food was ready very quickly. The restaurant was clean and I will definitely be back. It was my first ever trip to Biscuitville.
