As always, the employees are all welcoming, friendly, fast and efficient. Our food was delicious!

the staff is always so friendly and helpful. The food was its usual excellent. Service was quick even though the restaurant was busy. Restaurant was clean and inviting.

Our cashier was efficient and friendly...he paid attention to the needs of customers. Charles even brought butter and syrup to our table before we could ask for it; he seemed very happy with his job, which made us feel good as customers! A happy atmosphere is contagious!

Order was correct and staff are happy.

Since this Biscuitville moved to their new location, everything is wonderful. The staff is happy and very kind and courteous to me. I usually go through the drive thu and everyone is smiling or laughing when I pull up. It makes a huge difference in how I start my day. I appreciate the kindness very much. I used train customer service to staff and it really isn't something you train someone to do - it's something they have. You can train them what to say or to smile, say yes Ma'am or No sir but their genuine selves are not trainable..... these ladies & gentlemen are great. I hope that they keep the same level of staff. The employee working the drive through seemed very happy to take my order. My order was simple, but she didn’t skip a beat and asked if I needed any condiments before I could ask for them. I left feeling very satisfied that my breakfast was going to be perfect.
