Manager was a jerk. We were left stranded at port Everglades for over 2 hrs and were given bogus information about when we would be picked up several times. When we asked to speak with the manager, he gave a half assed apology and completely discounted our attempt to work with him to prevent this from happening to other guests. He stated that they had picked up over 70 people and that sometimes people get overlooked....we called 4 times to remind them that we were still waiting and were told that the shuttle would arrive momentarily ( a full hour and 1/2 passed the given pick up time). We would have gladly taken a cab if the front desk staff had been honest with us...motel is old and dated and is really a dump
