Beautiful atmosphere and rooms. the only problem was the ac unit inside the room was not working, but that was quickly resolved by a friendly staff member. we were quickly greeted by the security guard on duty which was comforting to know.

Wonderful room and staff. Sleep number bed did not work and DVD player did not work. Ice machine ran out of ice. Very quiet and loved the garden tub.

The customer service was excellent and they had happy hour from 4:30-6pm and gave two free drinks at the bar

The walls in the room were dirty but other then that it was a good stay

Staff was great, but they couldn't find our reservation at first. It took us nearly 90 minute of waiting to get into a room because there was some issue with Hotwire. Noah and Alma were great, but after 10 hours of travel we just wanted to sleep. When we checked out in the morning, the Hotwire issue was still not resolved.
