Quality merchandise, knowledgeable and friendly staff

The quality of the products sold is exceptional. We have purchased cheaper products in the past from other venders that did not last. The store staff are very friendly and really know a lot about bird feed and the environment. We have been experiencing a problem with squirrels stealing the bird feed. A hot pepper seed cylinder was recommended and has worked perfectly. The squirrels avoid it while the birds love it. We also purchased a baffle for a wood post that supports two feeders that squirrels and raccoons have been raiding. Once again problem solved. We are confident that the Wild Birds Unlimited staff will be able to answer all of our questions and steer us in the right direction. We look forward to our next visit!!

I live in Lewes, DE where there are no quality bird stores to be found! I have bought Wild Birds Unlimited bird supplies from a variety of locations over the years but when I settled in Lewes, I was super disappointed to find there wasn’t a store here. When I discovered the Easton location, I thought I would give it a shot… and not only have I found this specific store to be well stocked and knowledgeable, they have also had no problem HAND DELIVERING my orders time and time again! I place my order online and usually see it at my doorstep within 2 days. I live about an hour away from the store so I know that they care about their customers! It is always a pleasure to shop here… thank you for your willingness to make me a valued customer even living so far away! It is appreciated and our family’s love of our backyard birds has only grown because of it! Thank you from Lewes and from our feathered family… the birds are in heaven and happy… as are we!
