We have lived in two other areas where there were Wild Birds Unlimited stores but this has been our favorite by far, especially with the helpfulness of the staff in adapting to a new region. The videos and podcasts on the web site have always been helpful as well.

Online ordering process went well. After ordering, a verification email was received promptly. Order was shipped very fast and received with no problems and now myself and the birds are very happy.

I was unable to go in the store because it was a hot day and I had my dog in the car after a vet appointment. I called in the order and they told me they would bring it out whenI got there.They had my order ready and brought it out to my car before I-could even call them to say I was there. Great service.
