The young lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were looking for Purple Martin Gords but there were none available in the store. The store was very neat and organized. Nice selection. We will continue to shop in store.

The staff is very friendly and personable...they listened to my requests and helped me find and purchase the items for this trip...I mentioned a few items that would be nice to be able to get and they understood what I was looking for.

The store is small but still has necessary merchandise for the backyard birder! Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

Linda who works at the store is extremely professional, personable, and a joy to speak with. She gave us more information than we even asked for which was beneficial and she made the experience great! She definitely is an asset to the store and I look forward to sharing in exchanging stories with her and viewing more merchandise! I’m pretty sure her name is Linda, my Brain is a little foggy right now from Lyme disease. One of the good things about me being so devilitated being home is that I’ve had an opportunity to watch the birds and now with some great new finds in the store including new binoculars, I will be able to learn even more about the birds in our backyard. They’re becoming quite the part of our family!

I am happy to have a local store where I can purchase bird supplies. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable when I have questions. The atmosphere is relaxed and staff is there to help if needed, but no one rushes you.

The store is filled with many items to create a bird sanctuary. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere of the shop is very pleasant. I plan to visit again soon.

A friend of ours gave us a feeder and some cylinder bird food as a Christmas gift. We liked it and our birds loved it so when we ran our of cylinders she told us she where she purchased them. We don't usually shop where the store is located so we chose to go on line and try the delivery option. We found the prices very reasonable and shipping was free and very quick. We will choose this option in the future to keep our birds well fed.

The staff was knowledgeable and the products are high quality. My sister bought the pole system and I did not. I helped her install hers And I definitely will be purchasing one as it is the sturdiest I have seen.
