The wait was long but I also didnt have an appointment... so I guess it was still ok

The store was very clean, the personal was very friendly and informed.

Friendly, professional. Fixed the low tire light I thought I needed a new sensor he was kind enough to try to reset my sensor and it worked.

Everything was easy and efficient. Will Definitely keep coming back to this store

Marc was AMAZING. No one tried to find anything wrong with my car. I came in with an issue, they confirmed the issue was resolved and sent me on my way. Also Marc was answering like 5 calls at a time plus dealing with waiting customers AND walk ins and did it all with a great attitude and professionalism. Get this guy a raise.

Ken did a great job. Went in on Saturday with no appointment no problem. Left truck with them and it was done in 3 hours.

Everyone that I spoke to had a smile on their face and a great attitude I was helped promptly and just really enjoyed how easy the service was.

I have made online appointments before at firestone and have always received a call stating appointment not available until next week or charges weren’t explained to me or the work couldn’t be completed in a timely manner. So that’s why I was pleasantly surprised about this visit. I was relieved that my car could be serviced the day after I made an appointment. When there was other important items such as my front brakes were worn, I received a call alerting me to the issue and charges were explained explicitly. After authorization, the services were performed in a timely manner. I truly appreciate the customer service displayed at this store.

Great experience, came in to have my tire repaired. The location was quite busy since it was a Saturday on Memorial Day weekend but they fixed my tire within an hour. David was awesome! The whole staff was very friendly and made this an easy process.
