NTB-National Tire & Battery

I have been using the NTB in Thorndale for my last three oil changes. They have been very friendly and helpful every time. The replaced my oil pan plug with the correct one the first visit with no extra charge for the new plug. One time they called me after I left because I had left my jacket behind. Always friendly and really seem to care about their work.

I was highly satisfied because as soon as i walked in, the associate knew who i was and was able to help me within less than five minutes. Only thing i had to do was give her the key and everybody went to work. The only somewhat complaint i have is all the plastic. I understand why they have it on there, but you should at least have a area when they give you your car back, you can dispose of it before driving away.

To add detail to my responses, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. They kept me informed and explained not only my issue (rear brakes discovered during my oil change) but explained when I would likely need front brakes. Both the intake person and the technician wee very clear and helpful. I also think the work was done very quickly. The price was fair. This is my second great experience with NTB at this location and both experiences have been very good experiences. I am going to be a regular. Thank you.

The visit went exactly as promised. I made the appointment online. the office called to discuss. they contacted me with a newly discovered issue. They repaired that issue with my permission and at the promised price. The car was ready early. Excellent service.

Although there was some initial confusion on my part when I received my first quote, I did some research and went back. Donna did an excellent job explaining things AND getting me a good deal. Seems the tires went on sale - buy 4 get 2 free! Maybe it was just lucky timing. One suggestion is to use a trend gauge for all quotes. Stefan Holmes at #8596 did and it added a professional touch! I will look / ask for that measurement next time. PS this is our 6 or 7 tire purchase from NTB.

Came in with a problem as told to me by employee at Auto Zone but NTB found that was not actually the problem. Thor was very helpful and I found him to be very trustworthy. I really appreciated him finding the real problem.
