Very easy process to schedule and check-in. Very helpful, professional staff experience at check-in. Good communication by phone with needed repairs for inspection, including things not needed. Good check-out experience.

The associates were friendly. I needed new tires but had an unexpected flat tire. They had decent tires available immediately unlike other places. The work was done in a great time span. Lastly, they placed my spare back in the compartment.

After I found a screw in my tire I went to NTB for a repair that evening. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. When I returned the next day unfortunately the key to my wheel locks was missing and they were helpful in looking in the car etc. Everyone was super nice. In the end I had to go to my dealership to get the wheel key and the dealership repaired the tire free of charge. I can’t say enough good things about the staff at NTB and I will definitely be back if I need tires. I would be happy to share my story with others and refer them as well.

This was my first visit to the new NTB in Thorndale PA. The staff and service were first class. No pressure sale tactics just exactly what I wanted at a fair price. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends. Keep up the good work. Great job!
