Tracey actually got the mileage and tag number on my vehicle, which had never been done the 3 times before. He actually told me when I asked that fluids would be checked...I’d assumed they were before and I ran out of windshield fluid. He helped me decide that I did need to replace my wipers and include the back. It was a great experience and I’ll feel confident about purchasing tires again at this location.

I met with Tracey VanHowe for my oil change. He was kind, helpful and professional. He really made me feel welcome. I felt that I was in good hands when I left my truck for the oil change. I did not ask for a battery check since it was only 3 years old on a 8 year warranty (purchased elsewhere) but NTB protocol checked it for me w/o asking. Tracey called me to say that I had some dead cells and it should be replaced. I contacted the original seller and got a full replacement w/o charge. I could have been stranded on the side of the road had it not been for the forethought of Tracey/NTB. THANKS to both for great service. My next new battery will come from NTB.
