The ease and ability to make an appointment is a huge factor. The waiting area is adequate and the staff was honest, but not pushy with their other recommendations I wish the price was a little more competitive.

I was highly satisfied because the fast, friendly, welcoming, and professional staff that helped me to get my car repaired and back on the road safely. Ms Dee and Mr. Tracy were awesome and honest. Honesty goes a long way and is hard to come by these days. I hope that this store keeps them and their staff to keep others happy. while there, they didn't just take care of me but with everyone who came in and the phone calls they answered. Thank you guys.
