Shawn was very helpful from the first time I called the store. I usually get tires from Discount Tire but I'm going to rethink that and check out NTB next time. Note that the only reason I probably won't come back to this store is that I was on my way from Fort Worth to Houston when I had a flat tire in College Station. NTB got me fixed up with the right tire and I was back on the road in 45 minutes. Thanks Shawn and NTB!

The work was done well

Went in earlier on in the week to have tires checked for a leak. Technician missed a hole in the sidewall of one of my tires. After speaking with the Manager I was able to get it resolved and have not had any further problems since. Would definitely come back again though I strongly recommend that you check any and all work done on your vehicle at any shop you go to.

Good, but the restrooms are filthy. Floors in the facility are dirty. In fact, the entire place could use an extremely good cleaning!!! Not COVID-19 safe!

The employees were confident in their ability to discover what was going on with my tires and be able to repair it. The wait was no time at all. Everyone was super friendly and kind, even engaging in conversation.

My SUV's battery was working just fine BEFORE we took the vehicle in for an oil change. But, the key was left on the whole time they changed the oil. My vehicle needed a 'jump' to get out of the bay, and ultimately, NTB had to replace it with a new battery. This delayed our whole morning. So they get less than 1star, a -0. As Randall so casually, brush off their mistake with the "it was a human mistake"..well maybe NTB should hire monkey's to do the work since they think that's what "we" are.

The manager communicated very well with what was wrong with my tires. He did everything he could do to help me out. Very good service

I was traveling and I had a nail in one tire. Before returning home I stopped by Sat evening about an hour before close - they were busy and begged me to come back in the morning. I was there 10 minutes after they opened and they already had 2 people in front of me, so I booked an appointment for 1pm. I was there at 12:45. They didn't touch my truck until 2pm. It took them an hour and cost me more than $30 to get what used to be a $5 plug put in a tire.
