I was a customer of Discount Tires until their prices far exceeded the quality of their products, I checked around and fount NTB to be much cheaper with a superior quality of tire and the price was MUCH more budget friendly. I will never return to Discount Tire and NTB now has all my business.

The staff was very helpful for a warranty tire replacement. Even recommended we did not replace the 2nd tire because it was still in good shape. Very happy to have honest team members in the location.

The people were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They gave me the price, told me how long it would take, and had the job done BEFORE the deadline! Also, there was a young lady that was in the store and very confused about what to purchase. John took his time and made sure she knew what she needed, what she was getting and how long it would take. I would send my daughters to this store and have 100% peace of mind that they would be treated fairly.
