The store manager, Rebar Khidir, is very professional and friendly. He kindly answered the questions I asked and tried his best to find the solutions for my need. Rebar explained the charge of the service clearly. The job of my tire replacement was done on schedule as promised, so the wait time was very reasonable. The waiting area is comfortable. The restroom is clean. In all, I am very satisfied with my visit to this store for the service this time.

I have used this NTB location for several years - always a positive experience from being greeted at the door till pickup. Communication regarding pricing and completion time always on par.

I called and they set me up for appointment, when I walked in they told me they had an appointment which was mine, they took the time to check for an extra issue in my car and advise me as to what to do or how to program a work with them, got me the tires that I needed for even better price than before

It was good to see Rebar back at this location. He called me by name when he came into the lobby. I haven't seen him since he left this location. I have quite a bit of respect for Rebar. Alway makes good recommendations and does good work. Integrity!
