Cameron and Vinny got me worked in to get a couple tires changed on my Ram. They had quite a few tires to change when I came in but I appreciate them working hard to get me taken care of

Vinny got me in to check why my car kept telling me I had low coolant. Turns out I had very dirty coolant and the level was low, I had no leaks so Vinny recommended I just get the coolant changed out and get fresh coolant in it. Now I can drive without that annoying low coolant message coming on

I called and spoke with Vinny and told him I was traveling from San Antonio and had a tire blow on my travel trailer. He confirmed the tires I needed were in stock and had me come in. They were able to fit me in and got me back on the road for my Vacation. These guys were great especially the young guy Chandler in the back

I came in without an appointment because my tire was going low. My husband had me come by to see Vinny since he was very helpful to us on our last 2 visits with our vehicles. Vinny found the nail but also pointed out to me that my rear tires have bad wear on the inside. I went ahead and got the tires and Vinny had them changed out and had me back on the road for my sons baseball game in Dallas. Thanks to Vinny and Cameron I am now safe to drive my car without worrying if the tire will give out on me

Well service was good. Waited an hour or so and got information on other things I should look at.

Took the time to show me the problem. Reasonable quote. Also added 5-yr alignment after it was recommended by a service guy at Walmart! He didn't mislead on how friendly and professional that NTB location is!

I gave them a coupon that I had and they did not apply it. They told me to bring my car back at 2:30 p.m. and they would pull it right in. That did not happened. Just pay attention to your receipt and make sure your coupon is used.

Came in to get my battery checked because my dash was flickering and my car was hesitating to start. They got me in and out very quick

Vinnie the associate was very kind and friendly. I asked and he answered.

Had rear brake shoes replaced. Went to pick up car and they were not properly adjusted. With emergency brake all the way engaged car still rolled on a slight grade. Had to leave with them for one more day to get resolved. Manager didnt even seem to care. Not a very impressive shop.

They always do a great job. Prices are good... reasonable. They are always forthright, honest, and polite. This time, they found a nail in a side wall of front tire, and dry rot in 2 back tires. I knew the tires were old, when i bought it used in 2019. So they put wonderful, gripping tires on it. All four. for a good price, and did so on time, and professionally, and in a friendly courteous way... even though that day they were short-staffed.
