Tire pressure checked and air added to all four tires!!! Cold weather caused low tire pressure!!

As usual they were extremely helpful and the warranty they have on the tires is extremely useful. When I got home I told my wife we will probably just use NTB for services they provide

I called to see if they could remove the lug nuts on my car because my boyfriend could not remove them with his tools. They were able to remove the lug nuts and put on my spare for me

NTB can be a little slow at times but that is because they stay so busy. I am always pleased with their service and feel they take good care of my car.

Guy up front got me a price for a battery and also explained why it’s cost more to install a battery in my car due to where it’s located. They got me in with no appointment and had me done quicker than expected

The service itself was at a level that is to be expected: timely, professional, etc.. The young man who helped meand I wish I had remembered to get his nametook it to a step above. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. I hadn't intended to buy wiper blades there but because he was so very good to work with, I did.

Called to get pricing on a set of tires on Tuesday and had Vinny help me choose the right tire for my work truck. He ordered them in and had me set up with an appointment this morning. I showed up a few minutes late but they still got me in and worked as a team to get me rolling again. Thanks guys
