Received prompt and fantastic service for my vehicle. The service department fit me in after I missed my previous appointment.

When I came to NTB, I originally came because I thought what I needed was a new valve stem on one of my tires. It turned out that I needed a whole new tire. When I got there I was able to come right in, I was greeted, helped right away & my problem was solved. Not only was my problem solved but Katie & her team were able to help me out with the price of a tire because times are hard for me right now. I really appreciate all Katie & her teams work & I will most definitely recommend them & come back in the future!! Thank you guys so much! You have no idea how much you made my day!!!!

The staff was excellent. Jason kept me in the loop about my vehicle, was very clear about the problem and what I needed he is a very nice guy and very professional. I don't remember the cashiers name I am so sorry about that, however she was amazing as well. She was very professional went over my pricing to confirm what I was quoted. I will definitely be back. I was referred to this location and I definitely will refer others!
