As Mike Shaner and Aron provide outstanding customer service dropped car for state inspection fee revived a call promptly that we need a bulb replaced and had them do that and back on the road. Appreciate the excellent service as always!

Aron and Jeremy went out of their way to inform me of what was going on with my car, what they found, cost, recommended time frames for getting the repairs complete. I found NTB after a different repair location hid costs from me and upset me- at NTB they have always gone above for me and treated me with respect and as if I had a mind although I am female. Most of the team members here appreciate that I am the main driver of the car and will let them know when something is not right. If I cannot diagnose the issue they know i will help get them close to the problem.

I was highly satisfied because of Jeremy Lemay. He took the time to explain in excellent details, everything I needed to service my car today. His professionalism, knowledge, leadership (with other techs), expertise and overall demeanor was stellar! I am extremely grateful that I don't have to go out side of my immediate community to receive such excellent service. This community is blessed to have Jeremy Lemay supporting it. Jeremy reflects credit on himself and NTB.

Associate told me about Veterans discount and previous visit I was told it was not offered .

All work perform was good , just had to wait a while for the parts to arrive.

Jeremy was clear and sounded well-informed of my car issues. Very professional and pleasant person.
