Josh was really friendly. I pulled up on my lunch break without an appointment and asked about getting my break light replaced. Not only did they replace my break light with no wait, I received a free brake inspection and they put air in my tires. Service was quick friendly and professional and I will definitely be using them again!

The employees at NTB tire were courteous, aware of the pandemic, and quick to get the repair done and get me out of there! they are also reasonably priced for the work that they do. I recommend NTB tires for any repair that you need done for your automobile.

the gentleman who took care of me was Jeremy. he was extremely nice and he explained the pricing and what had to be done as well as how long it would take. i was in and out in less than an hour ! definitely will come back again!

I dropped the car off overnight, & I needed the car back ASAP, in the morning. It was looked at first thing, in the morning, & I got a call, as soon as it was done, from Aron, letting me know that it was ready to pick up.

Aron was exceptional. Had a tire fail on 95 and got towed and changed to spare. This was only store within 50 miles that had my tire. He was so patient and helpful and made me calm in a very stressful situation. I wish I lived near this shop as they earned my loyalty. So grateful. Thank you Aron and crew

Great Service, Support and Attention to Details. Without an appointment was able to walk in and get 4 new tires, mounted balanced and aligned within an 1 & 1/2 hours which I thought was very reasonable considering I didn't have an appointment and they were already pretty busy.
