Everyone was polite. Times estimated for repairs were accurate. I was not charged for any service that I did not need. And I truly feel like NTB was working to make me feel like they were doing everything they could to care for my vehicle at the lowest cost.

One of the associates made a mistake and ordered the wrong size tires, and we needed them installed ASAP due to a blow out. The employee disclosed and owned his mistake and made it right. I was very impressed with the customer service. I’ll be switching to this NTB in the future.

As usual I was able to get right in and purchase a set of new tires when I had a flat over the weekend. Mike Shaner was quick to get me everything I needed to get back on the road.
