The mechanic was very nice. He was a great tech! I used to go to this location when it was NTW when they first opened and always received great service! I’m never going back to Montgomeryville. I don’t like the way they do business and try to guilt people for not buying tires from them. Carlos sold me after I purchased else where that he could have worked with me on the price. (Not Good) Give me the best price the first time I ask for the tire.

I had my tires changed at your King of Prussia location and did not receive the same quality service as I received today. I made the appointment there based on the price quote and availability of the tires on your website and did not get either. I purchased the much higher priced tires out of necessity anyway. Your Willow Grove location was much more informative and forthcoming with details.
