Ian was great and was able to squeeze me in for a gash in my sidewall. We were ready to go on vacation the next day so getting it done right away was imperative. The guys up front and in the shop were great! Will be back for my next tire purchase as well!

My sales associate was *Ian Zachary Root*. I brought my 2019 Mini Cooper in re a scary 'funny noise' when braking, it turned out to be a nearly disastrous situation: down to zero brake pads, metal on metal. Mini brake sensors appeared to have never worked at all & weren't reading the situation. Ian walked me thru every step of what I needed to know re what needed to be done in terms I could u'stand, & he immediately ordered necessary parts from a local distributor, which were delivered pretty quickly. With Mini on the lift, he showed me the reality of my brake situation up close and answered all of my questions about how it all worked. [[As a former Suzuki motorcycle parts girl, I knew a little, but not enough. :) ]] He exhibited the patience of Job !!! He came out to the waiting room to keep me posted at all stages of the repair. His communication skills are superior and he could teach a lot of folks some lessons about customer service. I want to commend Ian for helping me thru a traumatic situation. Give this man a raise.
