NTB-National Tire & Battery

This is my second time coming to NTB for my routine oil change. It's super easy to schedule online, and just as hassle- free to drop off and pick up. They always email the bill ahead of time, and call as soon as the car is done. Just the speedy, great service I'm looking for in car maintenance!

Excellent Service

Everything was fines, except although I have made my appointment for 5.30 and they told me they would not be able to work on my car until 7.00. I did my appointment online a few hours before, so they were not able to find a spot on time though. Anyway, they should not offer same-day online appointments if they can't fulfill the commitment.

I needed to have my brake fluid changed, and they were able to get me in with an appointment within 48 hours. Usually, even if I have a scheduled appointment, this location takes much, MUCH longer, but today must have been a slow day or they were working at full capacity (in both number of staff and work ethic).

The guys working were nice and very helpful. Got my car in and out in no time. Def going back for my oil change when it's due.

I didn't have a scheduled apt. But I talked to someone Friday about getting my oil changed Monday. He said just bring it in Monday morning when I'm heading to work. I told them it could b there until I got off work at 5. So with that being said I didn't think they would take my vehicle first( I think they had other vehicles to work on). So when I was called an hr after I dropped it off, that it was ready. I was extremely surprised but very pleased and grateful! They are very polite and fast and good at what they do! I would recommend NTB to anyone. Next time I need something done , I will definitely come back. Thank you!

I was a little upset when i got there was told that one of techs did not show up my problem is had they called we could have rescheduled and i would not have driven to Morgantown and sit until 1330 hours as far as the work was concerned i have no issues

Mike in Morgantown WV helped with issues of a tire manufacturer. Mike and his team are the reason I will return to NTB. I have 4 cars in my family and the Morgantown NTB will continue to get my business

I liked the ease of making an appointment on line. Prices were clear and specials were good. No hidden fees!

I have to take car back. I had all 4 tires balanced but they are worse. Very nice people. They will make it right. They always do ;)
