Four tires replaced and oil change completed.

we were travelling on a 12 hour trip, at the 4 hour mark the vehicle expierenced a catastrophic oil coolant line failure that resulted in a very large amount of white smoke spewing from the rear of the vehicle. After having the vehicle towed 39 miles to the NTB station, we were told that IF the repair could be completed it would either be right at closing time (6pm) or the service manager/Tech would need to work after hours to fix. Luckily the vehicle was complete at 5:45 and we were able to continue on with our trip. NTB "moved a mountain" to make sure we could continue, I am forever grateful!!

They handled my issue in a timely manner

This was my first time at NTB and everyone who worked there that I interacted with was so friendly! Especially the gentleman who checked me in. I can’t remember his name but we talked about random things like salamanders and it just made me really happy haha. I came in on a busy day and ended up waiting a while, but that doesn’t really bother me because the space was so clean and comfortable to wait in. Definitely going to be back here!
