Being 5 hours from home, I was nervous when my car started messing up. A local auto parts store recommended NTB to take care of the issues. The guys there were fair and honest. Within a couple hours, I was on my way home.

The staff was very friendly. I was told it would be about an hour for my service, and it was quicker than that. While waiting, one of the service people even offered me lunch!

I came in because windshield wipers stopped working. The guy says he just reset something called the relay and they were working again. Didn't charge me anything.

It was very easy to find out what tires were in stock and the online scheduling was very simple. Also really liked the text messages.

NTB staff member worked me in for new tires installation for next day service. Dropped car off and within 2 hours they completed the job and had me on my way. Extremely happy with NTB Staff!

These fellas did a very good job and installed a quality product. We had an issue after the sale with one tire but Jim (store manager) took the time to fix the issue without any extra charges.

Friendly staff that explained things clearly and were happy to help. They also prioritized my time. I could see myself going back in the future.

Happy with my 4-tire purchase about 2 months ago. Got nail in one tire recently and was repaired free of charge immediately ahead of scheduled appointment time. Just in time for out of state road trip. Most important: lept my wife happy!!! 👍🏻

Discovered a screw in my tire on my way to work. Stopped in as soon as they opened, no appointment, and was immediately helped. Tire was patched up within 20 minutes and only $20. And very friendly service as well!
