Absolutely horrible experience

The location was very convenient, what needed for my vehicle was taken care of at the same appointment. The prices were reasonable and Mike and Justin were very informative.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. My car was ransacked while it was in their shop. Called corporate to notify them of my experience and was promised a return call..... never received a call back yet; almost a week later!!

This is the second time NTB noticed a problem with a prior repair performed by them and took responsibility and fixed it. It says a lot about the people whom the company hires, and the environment they cultivate for them to provide outstanding customer service.

Service was poor due to long waits with no explanation as to when completion was expected. This happened twice - long story. Saw the technician having a hard time with remount of tire and had to ask another technician to help him. I will not return to this particular NTB - no apology from management.

The check-in/drop-off process was easy & smooth. Mike offered clear communication & was very friendly and personalable. I was called in a timely manner to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick-up, which also went smoothly.

The attendant was very professional and courteous! He kept me informed about when my car would be ready and the cost or things. He was very friendly and engaged in conversation while I waited.

The staff are always friendly and I get quality service.

I have come to this location for years and two vehicles later I’m still very satisfied. Great employees, ease of location from my home and good value. I recommend this NTB at this location every time I have the opportunity

Workers at this location are always friendly and engaging. Clear when explaining anything that’s due in my vehicles. The wait times are always reasonable. I never take my cars anywhere else

I'm highly satisfied because the customer service first of all was awesome all the employees greeted me when I came in the door took care of my vehicle the pricing was reasonable the service was great and the employees were all so great and very respectful
