Awesome customer service!!

The new manager was so knowledgeable. He was polite, professional, and kind. He picked my car up from the parking spot, and moved it to the service area. Also, he answered all my questions with facts, while having a nice sense of humor.

Nice job on a holiday weekend. They did the work while most places were closed for the Holiday weekend.

Everytime I bring my car to NTB, I feel like the associates are very professional and they do a great job at getting my car worked on in a timely manner (I usually wait for my vehicle, and I'm never there for too long)! I appreciate their great customer service! That's the main reason why I choose to return! Justin is great, btw!!

Came in for a tire balance cause of the issue I was having while driving. Upon the techs checking my tires, they discovered that the inner parts of the tires I have were bad. They went over multiple different options at various prices. They were kind enough to not charge me for the balance since it would not fix the problem I was having. The service was great, Justin and Sam were very personable and we had good conversation while I was waiting. Justin was the one who walked me through everything, he’s service was second to none. They worked with me the whole way through the process, I highly recommend!

Timely service and reasonable price. I cant change the oil myself cheaper, and since Im there for a rotation anyway why do it.! Ive had problems with tires sealing on rims. That have resealed them no questions asked as per the warranty.

I needed to make an emergency appointment because my brakes and calipers were shot. They were able to get my truck fixed by 12pm the next day. I was able to make my business trip on time with zero hassle. Very thankful for your workers!
