I was in and out in no time very happy

Very satisfied with service. An employee went out of his way to another site to pick up my tires so I could have my car completed on Sunday. Therefore I had my car for work Monday morning. Also they gave me a great deal on the work needed on my vehicle.

I had the pleasure of communicating with Mike(Manager). He was quite knowledgeable and INCREDIBLY polite. U guys got yourselves a good one👍

The whole reprocess from making and appointment online, to dropping off, and picking up all went smoothly.

Price for oil change is very reasonable. Cant change it at home as inexpensive as they do it. Also got tire rotation but they did not check, adjust tire pressure or relearn tps sensors to reflect new tire positions. Also I have one tire that looses air constantly and they cant seem to figure out why. Taking it back again for this problem

I had an appointment and it still took 3 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. Very disappointed!!! Service desk workers were very curteous and helful!

I am extremely happy with this location of NTB. Regardless of which person services my car they all take the time to explain my issues and what I need to do to solve them. As a woman, we always hear about shady mechanics and how they treat women differently. Well, I can tell you at this place the staff treats everyone the same. I usually drop my car off and wait. While I wait I listen and pay attention to everything around me. This time a man came in and had his tires looked at. Not only did they take the time to explain about the wear on his tires they showed him. This was the same thing they did for me about three weeks ago. No difference in treatment. Every customer is treated with the same respect. This is precisely how things should be. I always think about going to the NTB closer to my job but absolutely not. You have a customer for life.

Service was fine but had trouble paying with a check. They were unable to check for sufficient funds. Had to make an extra trip and return with credit card.

the process was easy and everyone was nice and very helpful.

My appointment was at 1:30. 2:30 my car never left the parking spot, so I got a ride home. Was called and told my car was ready. No one was at the desk. So I took my car keys from behind the counter and left

Great Service from Mike Perez. Very Friendly, very detailed, and service was great. Highly Recommended. Will get future tires from there again.

They told me it will take an hour or an hour and a half to get a routine oil change and rotate tires, and they will call me when it is ready. When it was over two hours I called them. And at first they said that my car was just getting in. When I did not believe them, they checked and my car was ready. I still will take my car for oil change there. But they need a better customer communication.

Customer service advisor Sam herbert was very helpful and helped me through the purchase and repair process very clearly. Great customer experience with transparent pricing.

Had an appointment at 12, didnt get finished until 1:30pm..I only go because there reasonable. Customer service is not so good!
