It was easy to schedule an appointment. I called to let them know that I purchased a set of tires from Tire Rack, and I was informed that NTB was one of their preferred installers. This location allowed me to have the tires sent right to them, so I wouldn't have to pick them up myself, and scheduled the installation at my convenience. On the day of the install, Mike Perez and his staff were friendly and accommodating. They gave me the discounted Tire Rack installation price, and even took a $10 coupon that I had received from a previous purchase there in January. I did have to wait a little longer than I was told, an hour and a half, but that wasn't a big deal. All in all, I received great service at an even better price!

Always good service! My Volvo is a challenge so there are times I have to take it somewhere else which is why I gave 4 stars.

Mike was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I came to get a tire plugged but ended up needing new tires and he explained everything. Great service. The tech on duty tonight was great took. I had all tires replaced in 45 mins!

Took over 90 minutes to get 4 new tires put on but they are great tires and look good.

They checked my tires and told me the thread life and I feel that the manager has integrity.

They didnt fully secure my hubcap. Other than that service was fine.
