First of all Justin deserves a raise, I’ve been there 3 times in the last 2 months and Justin has given me A+ service everytime to the point when I go there I cross my fingers and hope he’s there.great communication great help and great service all around from Justin. He’s the sole reason that NTB will be the only place I go to get my car worked on, JUSTIN DESERVES A RAISE AND A PROMOTION YOU NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HIM! Justin just provides a type of customer service they don’t have anymore

Sales Associate Sam Herbert was extremely thorough in his explanation of what I needed and the services that they offered. I took the numbers from the estimate and compare them to the Dealership and NTB beat them by $500. I will continue my association with this n t b service center when I need work done on my Honda Ridgeline. I was extremely satisfied.
