Mike Perez. He is the reason I was happy with my time at NTB. I came in with low air in my front tires which happened suddenly. He showed me that my tires were failing and failing quickly. He was able to source and install my tires within my schedule. Did a great job. Truly appreciate it.

I came as a walk in for a nail check on my tire. Mike Perez was honest and open about the condition of my tires, the cost of the products he reviewed a number of products and services with me. He was also patient and kind enough to explain everything over to my husband when I called him because I couldn’t quite understand all of the details of what was going on with my vehicle. He also made sure that I was aware of the potential wait time since I was a walk in. All his mechanics and employees that was there today was very friendly and and apologetic for the wait times but did a great job on my vehicle. I’m highly satisfied because I feel confident that my vehicle is safe to drive on the road
