This was my second try at an appointment as I had to reschedule my first (my fault, not the shops). I was running a bit late but the store was more than accommodating and welcoming. My particular oil and filter had to be ordered. The clerk was very communicative, and the wait time was more than reasonable. The prices were clearly explained to me. Additional checks on my brakes and battery were performed and explained to me.

The bald king is who helped us at the front. He was very funny and accommodating and even helped give us another option for buying with our card over the phone. He made it easy for us and stress free.

Soon as I walked in the double door Justin Pearson greeted and welcomed me. I was in dire need of service and nab was closing in 10 minutes. Without any hesitation he heard me out and help me with my problem. I am now a Ntb customer. Service he provided was awesome!!!!
