Everyone was helpful and very informative.

I have brought my van into NTB repeatedly for a tire light indicator. Each time, it has been the same tire. Each time, they act like they are doing me a favor by not charging me for checking it (I have the tire warranty). Each time they tell me nothing is wrong with it. Within weeks, my tire light is back on, & the same tire is the problem. They have told me my vehicle needs repairs but have not told my husband about it needing the same repairs when he brings it. I would give 0 stars if I could

It was clean and the associates were professional. I liked the TV room.

"I made an appointment online for an oil change which included a tire rotation, fluid top off, brake check, and other things. I printed the offer and gave it to the man. He took my car and was done in 20-30 minutes( I thought this was pretty fast) I get home and my TPMS light is on, NONE of my fluids were touched/topped off. And I know for a fact they didn't check my brakes because I just had them checked at a brake place and they said I need new pads/rotors, when NTB didn't say a word about anything. They handed me my keys and said your car is outside. TERRIBLE. I didn't know I had to supervise these guys to make sure they did their job. LAZY and BAD SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

They called me in a day early to get it done. Entire staff was friendly and super helpful
