He and the Team identified the issue, called me to explain the issue, set a fair price, called with another challenge (bearing seized to axle), found a solution to remove the bearing without damaging it (saving me hundreds of dollars in additional costs and time...would have taken 5 additional days to get the bearing shipped from Chicago), got the axle fixed, and the car drives like a charm. Thank you very, very much NTB Team! You are AWESOME and that's why I keep bringing all of my vehicles back to you for service, repair, and maintenance. You deliver a consistent, excellent customer experience!

Every time I go the staff is very personable and helpful. At my last visit, they were booked up that day but managed to squeeze me in. I was appreciative of that. Plus they always call me when my vehicle is ready and have waited for me to pick up if I cant make it before 6pm.

Awesome service and super quick

My family and I are visiting from Ohio. Our rental car’s tire pressure was going down. Jacob at the front desk was amazing! He had me fixed up in no time! He understood I was stressed b/c our family leaves tomorrow for our cruise. They found out we had a nail in it. I was able to get a replacement tire so I didn’t have to worry. Trey was the technician and got my tire pressures all fixed up too. He was very nice and explained things so I could understand him. I am so thankful for Jacob and Trey. I was so nervous and they took care of me. I would give them 100 stars if I could! Thanks again NTB!!
