Scheduled oil change online. They took the truck in as soon as I arrived and was out in 15 minutes!

When I entered the store, Jacob was standing tall, gave good eye contact and greeted me with a smile. When I got to the counter he already had all of my information pulled up and told me which tire I was replacing!!! I said “Do you know me?” He said I pulled up your information by your licence plate number!!! I felt like a VIP!!! I am putting this on my social media and will tell all to ask for Jacob!!!

Telephoned for an appointment. Discussed the tires I wanted and whether they would fit. Showed up at scheduled time, took car right away. Waited for 1 1/2 hours in the customer service area. Would suggest getting the coffee area up to snuff. Triangular water cups just doesn't cut it. Bathrooms are very clean. Fron desk excellent. Take the guys to lunch. Very happy with my experience.

Personally I have been going to this location since the day I got the car and haven't been disappointed at all. It has to be one of the best places for your car and your vehicle is taken care of nicely. Great job!
