I needed tires for my Stinger gt2 and I was wanting a different tire and I couldnt make up my mind...lol Ty was very helpful and super nice to work with! I picked out the type tire and brand and gave Ty the deposit....got home and I changed my mind on the brand...lol...so I called the shop and Ty had already ordered the tires but no problem to change up everything! So today Ty called and said they were in and what time would i like to come in....The techs over there on the George Bush know their stuff and it wasnt long at all to get my Stinger on the road back home....Ty and the guys are easy to work with and pricing was pretty ding dang good too!

Karl (Store Manager) is extremely helpful. I needed to get the front brakes replaced on my 2013 Accord. I asked about the rear brakes and was told those could wait to be replaced. Also, I had lit warning lights on my dashboard. Karl was able to fix those by just tightening the connections on my battery. I feel so many times you can be taken advantage of in auto repair situations, but Karl and his team are not only extremely help but honest too. Thank you NTB Coit/190. I will be using you guys again and telling my friends and neighbors about your good and honest service.

Rikki was so helpful and went above and beyond to rescue my car when it was completely dead and couldn’t make it to the shop. Once it was jumped she was super quick getting the battery replaced and explaining to me some other issues with the car that will need to be addressed in the future.
