It will not allow me to put 1-star. The gentleman at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. I normally go to this Not sure if he was having a bad day, but I'll pick another NTB to do business with and no mileage was added to my service plan like it was in July and I am unable to update this myself.

Price was reasonable,time it took for my alignment was reasonable,manager explaining my problem was understanding,driving on highway I could tell an improvement in handling vehicle.

Good but expensive Simple alternator change was 500 dollars. Unit easily accessible. Priced part and was quoted 109 NTB charged 250 for the part and another 250 to install. Preying on people who are stuck is not cool.

Steve and Val are why we continue to come to this location. We meet Val there and we're satisfied with the follow through. We worked with Steve at the Cedar Hill location and was very pleased when he transferred to our new preferred location. Steve is a great customer service representative. We will continue to come to this location because of these two and the rest of the staff.

Val the manager customer service is awesome.He explains everything to a T. Please get him some help, more staff so he doesn't have to work the long hours and he needs two days off. He deserves this because his customer service is superior and he works really hard.
