Got my bin on time and out in about an hour. Fixed my tire.

TX state inspection. Failed OBD due to engine not enough OBD cycles. Fourteen day NO CHARGE Re-inspect. Went the following Monday at different NTB location after driving more, and passed the second time. Results uploaded immediately and renewal sticker processed that afternoon. New Sticker arrived literally just in time....For Trade in but that's another story. NTB Kennedale and Grand Prairie South (TX360/Camp Wisdom Rd) great to work with. Will keep in mind for 2022 inspection renewal.

We have been going to NTB ever since we moved here to Texas 9 years ago and we settled in at the Camp Wisdom location! Every Manager that store has had has been nothing but extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our vehicles and they guys that work out in the bays are so nice and friendly! I hate that Val is no longer at our store but they’ve had two main mechanics that have been there forever and they are so pleasant and easy to talk to. Being a woman who’s father raised with quite a bit of knowledge about automotive and vehicle maintenance, I appreciate that they are honest with me and offer advice and more knowledge every time I visit! Love our Camp Wisdom store!!!

The GP store is awesome. In and out so fast. They always have what I need. Not like the ntb in Irving.. all they want is ur $$$. Even though u already paid for service...

Right at the start of my arrival, the manager was very inviting and attentive to providing service to me. He kept me informed along the way and let me know there were some other issues with the car. I was explained the issues and given an estimated cost and time frame for having repairs completed.

Great, came in without appointment. Ask for a specific tire, they had it in stock. They put the tire on no issue.I will be back Friday to the second tire.Thanks NTB.
