I came in later in the day for an inspection/second opinion. The staff was friendly and efficient. Sydney was the sales associate out front and Cory the technician who fixed my car. Not only did they explain the problem in easy to understand terms, they also showed me the problem on my car so I could see what they were talking about. They were very respectful and in speaking with them it was clear that my safety and a job well done were their priority. My car was fixed in an hour for a reasonable price. Overall it was an excellent experience.

They get the work done at a reasonable price and there are always discount coupons available somewhere, which keeps me coming back to NTB.

I was quoted about an hour wait time for my visit. Shortly into the visit, I was informed that there would be a slight delay due to one tire being missing from stock. The team was already in the case and securing an extra tire from another location. It took about 90 minutes total, which is completely acceptable for the situation. I appreciated that the team had already implemented a fix for the problem and that the situation was clearly communicated to me. I thank the entire staff at the Montgomery NTB for their professional attitude, friendliness, and helpful nature throughout my visit!!

Pricing is comparable to Walmart and I know I'm getting a higher quality of service
