No additional repairs other than absolutely required. 78K miles on the Jeep, and only needed a rear axle brake job with pads and rotors, and that is what I got.

This is my second visit to this store and the customer service rep, Pati has been outstanding in explaining what was happening and what to expect by setting expectations right up front. I used NTB years ago in Weymouth and Tire Kingdom during my last 25 years in Florida before returning to Massachusetts. I was very comfortable with utilizing the NTB name but the experience with Pati and all of the employees I have interfaced with at this local store has exceeded my expectations both times. I will be back. Thank You

Walked in was greeted and told associate what I needed he accomodated me right away gave me the price of the tires he had in stock and provided me with credit app so I could get tires right away as I was going on a trip to new Hampshire the next day in a 12 inch plus snowstorm

The sales associate explain to me the best tires to purchase for my vehicle versus the ones that I wanted. I was quoted a very reasonable price and I was out in a little over an hour. I was very impressed due to the fact that I walked into the facility without an appointment.

When I went out to my car in the morning the battery was dead. I called NTB to see if I needed an appointment and they said no. They asked what kind of car it was to make sure they had the battery in stock. I jump started the car and took it to NTB. They took the car in right away and I was out in no time. The associates are all very nice. I will be going back soon for tires.
