Awful experience ! Had to go back numerous times - the technician broke one of my tire sensors and tried to blame me. After reviewing cameras , it was not my fault - also, the manager lied and tried to place an aftermarket sensor on my car , which didnt work- so i had to wait again to get a new sensor from Lexus. Never again. They aligned and balanced my tires - or so they say- and it already needs to be done again.

I made contact in person and was greeted by Christian with amazing customer service skills. He later turned my request for new tires over to the manager, Theo Morgan. Mr. Morgan went to the extreme to locate my first preference of tires, but none in stock. However, he presented to me next best options for my make and model car-Lexus IS 200T 2016 which requires two sizing of tires per manufacturer and I was offered the Sailun tires. I feel that considering my needs and my budget, the tires offered me should suit me just fine!

No customer service. No acknowledgment, even with an appointment, when walking in and sitting in the waiting room. Two hours later, after signing a release, which included (but wasn't apparent) an upgraded battery installation. Wouldn't honor coupon for oil change (because of an oil leak, which they don't service for repair). Tires were not rotated, as stated in the service details. Of course the oil leak was not their fault, but the extremely poor customer service and complete lack of interaction and communication with the customer led to unnecessary delay, wait time, and cost.

These people are a total rip off 3 times my daughter has had the vehicle in for the same problem Oct , Nov., and now Dec. they said that it was the shocks and power steering pump then 1 month later they said it was the power steering hose now one moth later its something else. I feel they see a 19 year old girl come in and they figure its easy money. $1500.00 and maybe its fixed......we will see

Mr. Brett Whitaker, the Service Manager, was very polite and greeted me as I walk through the door and very helpful throughout the whole process. It was a pleasant experience, for my first time at NTB. Thanks for having such an excellent employee.
