We were traveling and found this location on website as NTB is where we purchase tires. Destiny communicated that they could get us right in when we arrived. They discovered a nail in our tire that could be patched. Theo was so courteous in communication and Johnathan got us fixed up quickly!!! Thank you NTB team for taking such great care of us and getting us back on the road quickly!!

Well the supervisor kept me informed about what was going on with my car like when they sent the wrong part and he checked around to get the fastest delivery to complete the job I really appreciate that.

Amanda was except! She have me a time of completion and my car was ready within that time frame. Also I noticed the staff sanitizing the chairs, tables etc in the break room.The ladies bathroom very clean. The store was clean as well. Excellent consumer experience.
