I walked in without an appointment and the store manager was thoughtful & helpful on the spot. I was able to get an oil change for my vehicle within an hour and a half tops.

Replaced front and rear shocks and steering pump

I called the location during the holiday to see if they could get me in and although they were closing in 2 hrs, they committed to get me taken care of. The phone contact was courteous and professional. Once I arrived, the technician who serviced my vehicle was also kind and courteous. The manager, clerk, and technician were all great people engaging and friendly as well as demonstrated professionalism in customer care services to me and others in the shop. I will definitely return to this location for my vehicle services.

Didnt like how I was pressured for extra service. Expectation on time was excellent.

I had to call back and while i was there I had to also ask many question about my service. I think they should offer to tell me how my car service went and if there were any problems to let me know. To many experienced people there.

Manager was very receptive upon arrival and kept constant communication on the status of my vehicle from checkin to checking out and asked if there waws any other concerns i had during my visit.

Awful wait time, got sold awful Tires , and had to make several trips because they broke a tire sensor on my car.

Everyone was friendly and seemed to know just what I needed. And they was very professional.
