I had new tires put onto the car in JAN 2017 but didn't have time for the alignment, they told me to come back when I had time over the next 6 months so I went back in July 2017 and they aligned them for free.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped me out with pricing and understanding concerns with my vehicle. Joel was very helpful.

Battery was under warranty when it went dead. Interstate Battery and the guys at NTB replaced it free.

The entire process was extremely efficient and very friendly. I was in and out of the store in 45 minutes which included testing and replacing 2 batteries in my truck.
