The work on my truck was excellent as NTB resolved an issue with my truck that 2 previous dealership visits failed to diagnose. The reason this isnt 5 stars is because the front desk service was extremely poor. Poor communication and making promises on when work would be finished.

Performed battery check ($30 charge) without asking me first so I didn't consent. Tire was ok priced ($59) but left the place paying $140+! Seriously!? Next time I'm taking my business somewhere else.

They had the battery in stock and installed it promptly. Problem was it took all 20 minutes but we were charged a flat rate for 1.5 hours. Seems their flat rate book is out of date.
