I was traveling through Houston when I got a flat tire. After trying 2 other shops who could not help me, the tow truck driver brought me to NTB. The manager, Nelly Castano, went out of her way to fit in my repair. Her team did the repair in a timely manner - especially considering that I was a walk in. While I was waiting I observed Nelly interact with the other employees and with customers. She did an outstanding job. She really is an outstanding employee/manager. i truly appreciate the help she and her employees gave me as I was driving through town. I'll definitely use NTB again in the future because of her interaction with me.

I had a nail in my tire which needed to be repaired quickly. The very professional service rep that I spoke with indicated that they were quite busy and it would take about an hour to repair. They were able to get it done in 40 minutes! Always a lovely surprise!
