I was highly satisfied because the entire process was completely pain free. I came for my free tire rotation and it happened quickly and without any hassle. Tim was nice and he got me in and out in quick order.

They did a good job, I came in for an oil change and they did that with a tire rotation. Not sure what else there is to say on that.

The Manager (Tim Lindberg) was EXCELLENT! My first experience at your Roosevelt Rd, Wheaton, IL was TERRIBLE!!! I was never going to go back to any NTB again. I had a problem with my tires and fortunately I did call your Naperville, IL and spoke with Tim. I met Tim in person when I came to have my new tires put on and Tim was EXCELLENT! Very patient, knowledgeable, honest, etc. If it weren’t for Tim, I would have never returned to any NTB shop.

Always a great experience at this location. I've had good luck at all NTB locations I've been to for service, but I've been especially impressed with this one. Tim is honest, straight forward, and values every customer that walks through the door. They're located in a very competitive area, surrounded by competing tire/service shops, but I'll pass all of those to continue to come here for service.

Good explanation of possible future repairs so I know what to expect. Left with car functioning better- steering noise gone.
