This is the only place I go for my car!! Everyone is always so knowledgeable and friendly. They always take the time to explain things thoroughly and I never wait very long for the service to be completed. I really like coming to this location!

The oil cap was not put on correctly so it cost me extra time for them to figure out what happened to the vehicle when it all most shut down after an oil change

There is nothing exemplary about this NTB store. They provide basic customer service and will try to sell you on things that you probably do not need.

The manager is always very thorough when I come to this location. I have been to a NTB twice in the past eight months, and I have experienced no issues. I had unexpected repairs, and I was able to be fit in same day due to a cancellation. I was able to finish up my workday in the lobby with no issues.

Highly unorganized staff

They were able to get me in on 5 minute notice and clearly communicated pricing when I asked. They were quick and made sure to try to get me out of there before storm hit, which was considerate.

My boss recommended this NTB location to me since it’s reliable and thankfully close to our office. He said “Chad will take care of you.” He was so right. Chad removed “Thor’s Hammer” from my tire and put me back on the road safely. Could not be happier with the service at this location. Thanks Chad and team! I’ll be back when Nashville blesses me with another tire issue.

Chad was awesome and communicated with me about the repairs needed during the entire process. He made sure I was ready for the road and even made sure when I left I had everything I needed!

Primarily due to my opening and closing sales associate Brian Guy Nancekivell. His cool, kind, & collected demeanor made the whole fiasco of an unexpected tire replacement much more bareable. So much so that I had a 1 on 1 talk with him about just this issue here . I told him that his actual nonworkpplce personality may not be as he as presented to me... because some people undoubtedly have to fake their work personas. I also said So if it's not really you I couldn't tell ! LOL So please keep up your awesome work! NTB is Highly Fortunate to have Brian as the momentary face of NTB during his scheduled on the floor. Frankly i recommend he either receives a hefty bonus .... or better yet a PROMOTION!

Brian, the manager is VERY GOOD at his job. While I waited for my oil change, I saw him interact with multiple customers…very good at his job.

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Process and products were explained well. Service was described in detail, fairly priced and quick. 10/10 would return and recommend!
